Alternatively, you can listen to the show right here (note: the interview starts at 22:38 and runs for around 9:20):
My interview focused on the issue of how science can be communicated (and mis-communicated) to non-scientist audiences, both by scientists themselves and by the media. The piece is followed by some interesting post-match punditry with Scibernia analyst Triona O’Connell (@triploidtree).
The other items on the podcast are worth a listen too, of course. The show focused broadly on the implications of technology for humanity, including items on the 70s TV show The Bionic Woman, organic bionics, and cybernetics.
Scibernia is an excellent science podcast that is well worth catching. You can follow the guys on Twitter at @Sciberia, and keep up with their blog and other outputs at http://scibernia.ie.
